Terms of Service
Last updated 18 August 2026
These terms govern use of Kat Hub, a private tool operated by Nine Lives Development. By signing in you agree to them. If you do not, do not sign in.
Access
Kat Hub is invite-only. There is no public sign-up. An administrator grants access, and may change or withdraw it at any time — including immediately and without notice, as this is an internal tool rather than a subscribed service. Accounts are personal: do not share your sign-in link or code.
What the service does
Kat Hub lets an operator upload short video clips, generate captions for them with AI assistance, schedule them, and publish them to social accounts that the operator has connected and controls. Invited reviewers may be asked to watch clips and vote; those votes are advisory and a human operator makes every publishing decision.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to the content you upload and the right to publish it to the accounts you connect. Kat Hub records source attribution where you supply it, but it does not clear rights for you.
- You remain bound by each social platform's own terms. Publishing through Kat Hub does not exempt anything from X's or YouTube's rules, and a platform may act against an account regardless of what this tool allows.
- Do not use Kat Hub to publish unlawful content, to harass anyone, or to attempt to bypass a platform's rate limits, spam policies or automation rules.
- Do not attempt to access another workspace's data, or to circumvent the access controls.
AI-generated captions
Captions are drafted by AI models and are suggestions, not finished copy. They can be wrong, off-tone, or unsuitable. Every post passes through a human approval step for exactly this reason, and the operator who approves a post is responsible for what it says.
Availability
Kat Hub is provided as is, with no warranty and no uptime commitment. It depends on third-party services — Supabase, Cloudflare, Vercel, Trigger.dev, and the social platforms' own APIs — and an outage or policy change at any of them can interrupt or prevent publishing. A scheduled post is an intention, not a guarantee.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Nine Lives Development is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Kat Hub, including missed or mistimed posts, lost engagement, or action taken against an account by a social platform.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant Nine Lives Development only the permission needed to operate the service on your behalf: to store your files, process them for captioning and safety screening, and publish them to the accounts you have connected and instructed it to publish to.
Ending access
You may stop using Kat Hub at any time, and may disconnect a social account from within the application — which erases its stored credentials immediately, as described in the Privacy Policy. An administrator may revoke your access at any time.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top of this page is when they last did. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
